Results: Neural networks estimator model reduced error from baseline model by 69%. The features that are most correlated to estimated value are the recent sale data of the punk and the sale data for the particular type. In addition, punks that have rare accessories and/or are a rare type sell for far more than punks without rare accessories and/or that are not a rare type. Further, common accessories among the top 25 highest selling punks are as follows: small shades, hoodie, shadow beard, and crazy hair.
